Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the ArgiaKor website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ArgiaKor. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. When placing an order for our products (Keyboards, Mice, Gamepads), you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details and any account information, should such features be introduced in the future. ArgiaKor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is mispriced, out of stock, or where fraud is suspected.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the ArgiaKor Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of ArgiaKor or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of ArgiaKor. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of our Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArgiaKor, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ArgiaKor in the last six (6) months.

Refund and Return Policy

ArgiaKor is committed to your satisfaction. You may request a refund or return for products (Keyboards, Mice, Gamepads) under the following conditions:

• Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return and, upon verification, issue a full refund or replacement.
• Returns for Change of Mind: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Processing: All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
