At ArgiaKor, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our Keyboards, Mice, and Gamepads. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective covers.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being refunded:

  • Gift cards or downloadable software licenses.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers on our platform (subject to the seller's individual policy).

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) using the provided instructions and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies, but typically occurs within 5-10 business days after processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the refund process to return your original purchase and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
