Q: Why the gamepad don't connect to PC?
A: PC only support wired connection, don't support bluetooth connection.
Q: How to connect to Android phone?
A: Press A+HOME button to connect. Please note doesn't compatible with Android TV.
Q: Does this controller have NFC?
A: No, it doesn't have NFC.
If the sticks are not working properlly, please calibrate control sticks on Switch host.
After the Switch host and controller are successfully connected, back to the main menu on the screen and click "Settings" to enter the system setting menu. Swipe down the settings menu, click the "Controllers and Sensors", scroll up the menu list on the right, select "Calibrate Control Sticks", follow the on-screen prompts to press the sticks that needs to be corrected.
NOTE
When you connect to the Switch 2 host, the “Search for Controllers” page may display no controller connected, even though the controller is actually connected. But in fact, You can click "Contrellers" on the main menu of the Switch host, will see that the controller was successfully connected, as shown the below picture.
